Every session is both. I used to do one or the other. Now I do them together, because they belong together: we clear the block, then we get clear on what you do with the energy that comes back.

You book, then you choose your date and time. From there, we get on a call together.
It's better together
I used to do this work without engaging you at all — and it was effective. But doing it with you, in real time, is many times more powerful.
Things surface
Sitting together, things come up that wouldn't otherwise — a person, a situation, an old issue you'd genuinely forgotten was even there. You get to hear it, talk it out, and often see it in a way you never have before.
I get body hits
As we work, I'll feel things — an earache, a headache, something off on your receiving side, a disconnect between you and your audience. Your energy field is communicating, and I read it. Sometimes information comes through before the session even begins.
We open and we close
I begin by inviting in your guides and your divine team — whoever that is for you. And I close the session cleanly, so there's no karma carried between us.
Afterward, your body processes
Drink water. Some people sleep more — the body is doing the work of healing, and rest is part of that. Others get a burst of energy. It depends on what we worked on, how long you've carried it, how deep it goes. There's no wrong way to respond.
