  • Image and Presentation: Adrian asked detailed questions about the image she wanted to create. We discussed the idea of a uniform to simplify her daily routine and ensure a consistent professional appearance.
  • Lookbook Creation: We put together a lookbook of image ideas, helping her visualize the new brand identity.

Before that, I developed Adrian’s detailed value ladder and mapped out her buyer’s journey, identifying potential objections and how to address them.
