The process was an integrating and iterative journey, and the Four Seasons concept truly came to life after our photo shoot. Before that, I developed Adrian’s detailed value ladder and mapped out her buyer’s journey, identifying potential objections and how to address them. We provided use cases for every section of her brand book to ensure clarity and practicality.
