Marketing Intelligence Audit™

You're spending on marketing. You're just not sure what's working — or why.

Guessing is the most expensive marketing strategy there is.

If your marketing feels inconsistent, confusing, or underperforming, the issue is rarely effort — it's usually strategic misalignment. The Marketing Intelligence Audit™ finds the real problem before you invest in the wrong solution, and gives you a clear path forward.

Who this is for

For founders and experts who know something isn't working — but can't yet see where.

You're putting in the effort. The results just don't match it. If any of these sound familiar, the audit will find the why.

Messaging that feels unclear

What you say about your work doesn't land the way you know it should.

Inconsistent marketing

Effort comes in bursts, with no steady system driving it forward.

Content without revenue

You're publishing, but it isn't translating into clients or sales.

Weak launch performance

Campaigns go out, but the results fall short of the effort behind them.

Offers that are hard to sell

What you offer feels more difficult to sell than it should be.

Scattered, no direction

Lots of moving pieces, no clear strategic throughline holding them together.

Common intelligence findings

During audits, the same patterns appear again and again.

These rarely show up alone. Left unaddressed, they compound — and quietly limit growth.

01

Positioning Drift

Your brand no longer reflects your expertise or your real market position.

02

Content Without Strategy

Content exists, but there's no strategic marketing structure behind it.

03

Offer Clarity Gap

Your offers are difficult for buyers to quickly understand and say yes to.

04

Founder Bottleneck

Marketing decisions depend too heavily on you — nothing moves without you.

05

Launch Underperformance

Campaigns run, but results consistently fall short of expectations.

+

And what's hidden

The audit surfaces the strategic intelligence inside your marketing — so you make the next right move with confidence.

A real diagnosis

Sometimes the marketing was never the problem.

An e-commerce founder came to me for marketing help. His sales were flat and he assumed he needed better campaigns.

The diagnostic told a different story. He'd invested heavily into the company but had no real decision-making power, no access to his own store, and a partnership agreement — built on a handshake between friends — that left him exposed at every turn. No campaign was going to fix that. The marketing was never the problem; the foundation underneath it was.

So I didn't sell him a marketing audit. I told him the truth: restructure the agreement, reset the foundation, or move on — before another dollar goes into marketing a business that isn't built to hold it.

Inside the Marketing Intelligence Audit™

A focused diagnostic of what's misaligned, what's missing, and what happens next.

It examines the strategic intelligence hidden inside your marketing data, messaging, visibility, lead flow, and public market presence.

01

Market Analysis

How your business currently appears across your website, content, social presence, and visible marketing ecosystem — where positioning is unclear and where marketing creates friction.

02

Strategic Positioning Review

Whether your expertise is translating into a strong market position: differentiation strength, messaging consistency, and authority and trust alignment.

03

Lead & Revenue Path Analysis

How your marketing turns attention into revenue: lead-source effectiveness, conversion opportunities, and the revenue gaps and underdeveloped paths.

04

Marketing Intelligence Synthesis

All findings evaluated together to identify the highest-leverage moves: what's broken, what's missing, what's misaligned, and what should happen next.

Your participation is required. Before the audit, you'll complete a short strategic briefing and provide relevant business context. The stronger the inputs, the stronger the intelligence.

What happens after the audit

A real diagnosis first. Deeper work only if it's actually needed.

For some businesses, the roadmap is enough to move forward independently. For others, the audit reveals work best handled together. If appropriate, the next step may include:

A Completion Day

A focused, done-with-you working session to execute a priority fix from your roadmap.

A Strategic Sprint

A short, concentrated engagement to reposition, rebuild, or relaunch a key part of your marketing.

Ongoing Advisory

Strategic direction and oversight for founders who want a steady hand on the machine.

But the audit itself is built to deliver immediate strategic depth and clarity — whether or not you go further.

This audit is ideal for…

  • Founders and experts with established expertise.
  • Businesses experiencing inconsistent marketing results.
  • Brands preparing for stronger authority, visibility, or growth.
  • Strategic buyers who want to know what their marketing actually needs next.

This audit is not for…

  • Businesses looking for quick marketing tricks.
  • Founders who just want someone to "run ads."
  • Anyone unwilling to participate in the diagnostic process.
  • Those looking for the cheapest option over the highest leverage.
